Construction Progress photography consists of aerial photographs taken of a project at different intervals in the construction phase. This can be from the beginning, before any ground-breaking, to the conclusion of the completed project.
Why would you need Construction Progress photographs? An impartial third party documentation provides the client outstanding credibility when a construction issue arises or a construction dispute needs to be resolved. The photograph provides a permanent, indisputable record of the site at a specific time. The photographs are documented as being true and correct, with no manipulations (other than color and density corrections).
Below are a few uses of aerial photographs documenting construction progress:

Our clients consider this service invaluable, especially for out-of-town, off-site companies or owners. Architects, engineers and sub-contractors also enjoy the benefits of photographic documentation. Construction Progress photographs can cover all phases of construction:

The aerial photographs are taken with a high-resolution, digital professional camera with gyro-stabilized lenses. This platform provides clear, crisp, quality color photographs. The finest details of the project can be seen clearly. Five views are generally taken (north, south, east, west and one over-the-top) unless a particular direction or angle is requested. (See Sample Angles) The photographs are printed on 81/2 x 11 Premium Quality paper so they can be easily inserted in report binders.
Our example shows the construction of the Fantasy Springs Casino, Indio, California. This is a selection from the aerial photography sequence of the construction project that lasted approx a year and a half.
