All images created by Aerial Perspectives, whether on negative or positive film, print paper or in the form of a digital file, are protected by the US Federal Copyright Law and may not be copied or reproduced in any manner without written permission from Warren White, owner of Aerial Perspectives. This includes all images on this web-site.
In the interest of encouraging the creative arts and a free flow of information, Federal Law provides for financial protection to the original creators of such things as books, paintings, designs, music, and photographs. This protection exists in the legal term "Copyright" and gives the holder of the copyright exclusive rights to the reproduction, distribution, sale, performance, and display of such items and as such, allows those, who have invested their time and money to develop their talents and acquire the specialized equipment required for their line of livelihood, to enjoy the maximum return for their efforts. The holder, in turn, can lease, sell, or transfer all or a portion of these rights to one or more people or entities.
All proofs and prints created by Aerial Perspectives will have a copyright stamp on the back with the number of the photograph. Before anyone can reproduce the image in any way, a copyright release must be in the possession of the user. If copies are made without the release, it is a violation of the US Federal Copyright Law.
If needed, a Limited Copyright Release will be issued to the requester after all appropriate fees have been paid to Aerial Perspectives.
